Septic Inspections

Full Septic Inspections

Our highly trained technicians will do a visual inspection of the current system including location, estimated size, and physical stability of the tank and disposal field. Upon completion, a full comprehensive report will be issued.

the right tools for the job...

The neon green doesn't lie! One of the age old tests when inspecting a septic system is using colored dye concentrate. If you have an issue somewhere in your system, this brightly colored dye will most likely surface in the problem area "highlighting" where the problem most likely is!

Dye Testing

A tank pumping is ALWAYS required to take place alongside our system inspections. Our technician will coordinate with our pumping specialist to ensure both aspects are completed same day so that the tank lid can be put back on and any dirt/turf can be put back in to place.

If a problem continues to persist or happen more frequently, we would then recommend a camera inspection of the area of concern. This will provide a detailed HD video potentially highlighting the cause of the problem, allowing us to implement an immediate solution.

Additional Information

In order to do a proper septic inspection, the septic tank lid and distribution box must not be covered by anything but dirt and grass. We can hand dig to uncover those items up to 2.5ft included with inspection. Deeper depths will require additional equipment and labor charges. If for some reason we are not able to locate the tank within the first 2 hours, we will cease investigations and only charge a flat $250 trip fee for services rendered and re-evaluate options for a later date.
